PICKLED CORN 
Corn to pickle

SOLUTION:

13 c. water
1 c. salt

Boil corn as if to freeze. Cut off and put in sterile jars. Bring salt water solution to a boil and allow to cool. Pour over corn and cover with lids. Let set for 7 days. Put jars in pressure canner, bring pressure up to 5 pounds to seal.
