PICKLED BABY CORN 
1 qt. baby corn
2 tsp. salt
3 c. distilled white vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. mixed pickling spices, tied in cheesecloth

Boil vinegar in a nonaluminum pan. Bring enough water to a boil to cover corn. Add washed fresh corn and cook 2 minutes. Remove from water and drain. Boil vinegar with sugar, salt, spices and 1/2 water for 10 minutes. Pack corn into hot sterilized jars. Fill jars with vinegar mixture. Seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
