PIMENTO CHEESE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. pieces
1/3 c. milk

Boil 12 minutes in double boiler.

1 lg. can pimento, cut up
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar

Continue cooking for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Cool slightly, add 1 cup mayonnaise.
