PIMENTO CHEESE 
1 lb. American cheese
1 apple (grated on lg. side of grater)
3/4 c. salad cubes (sweet pickles)
1 lg. can pimento
1 tbsp. horseradish
A good dash Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise

Grate cheese in a good size bowl. Mix in all other ingredients. This keeps 3-4 weeks covered in the refrigerator. I store mine in a jar.
