ZUCCHINI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
Zucchini
Onion
America n cheese
Butter of butter
Evaporated milk
Crackers

In a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, layer thin slices of zucchini, thin slices of onion, and slices of white American cheese, in that order. Dot each layer with butter. When final layer is completed (3 is about right), pour 1/3 cup evaporated milk over the layers. Make a cracker topping by pouring melted butter over crushed saltines. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
