ZUCCHINI - CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. zucchini, diced 1/2 lb. fine noodles 1 soup can water 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed vegetarian vegetable soup 1/2 tsp. salt In greased 2 quart casserole, mix well zucchini, 1/2 cup cheese, noodles, soup and water, Worcestershire, salt, and oregano. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Stir casserole; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 4. |
