3/4 stick butter 2 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. flour 2 cans yellow hominy, drained 1 sm. can hot green peppers 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 sm. can milk Fry onion in butter until tender. Add rest of ingredients. Mix and cook over low heat until thick. |
