CHEESE - GARLIC HOMINY GRITS | |
Cook 1 cup yellow grits in milk, following directions. 1/2 c. butter Salt and pepper to taste 4 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 garlic clove, put through a garlic press Add the butter to the cooked grits and stir thoroughly. Add the other ingredients one at a time and incorporate well. Put the mixture into a souffle dish and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees until firm. |
