STIR AND BAKE YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients (except flour) well. Add 1 cup flour; mix. Add rest of flour and mix. Fill muffin tins 1/2 full. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
