BAKING POWDER CINNAMON ROLLS 
Serves 16.

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. milk

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cream of tartar. Using pastry blender, cut butter into dry ingredients. Add milk, mixing with a fork. Roll out dough onto floured board in large rectangle.

In a separate bowl, combine the filling ingredients and spread over dough. Roll up dough and cut into 16 sections. Place sections in greased muffin tins and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until a light golden color.
