BAKED FISH ROLLS 
8 sm. slices filet flounder
2 lg. onions, sliced
Seasoned bread crumbs
1 can tomato soup
1/2 pt. sour cream, can use King Sour
2 tbsp. butter

Saute onions in butter. Line baking dish with onions. Sprinkle fish with bread crumbs. Roll each one and place in rows in baking dish. Thoroughly blend tomato soup with sour cream, and pour mixture over fish rolls. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Serves 4.
