IRISH BREAD 
14 cups flour
7 cups sugar
1 pound butter
9 to 1 dozen eggs
1 quart buttermilk or 1 1/2 quarts
7 teaspoon baking soda
7 teaspoon cinnamon
7 teaspoon nutmeg

Cream flour, butter, and sugar. Add spices. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add buttermilk and eggs and mix well.

Bake 350°F for 1 hour.

Makes about 8 loaves. Grease pans and fill 1/2 full.
