SANTE FE CASSEROLE 
2 cups refried beans
1 can whole green chilies, drained
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup stewed tomatoes, drained
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup half and half

Cover bottom of greased 10 inch quiche pan with refried beans, add a layer of whole green chilies and tomatoes. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Recipe may be prepared the night before to this point. Mix eggs and half and half and pour over the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until set. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
