ARTICHOKE NIBBLES | |
2 tbsp. parsley 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 (6 oz.) cans artichoke hearts marinated 1 onion chopped 4 eggs 1/4 c. bread crumbs (seasoned) 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper 1/8 tsp. each oregano & hot pepper Drain artichoke marinade into frying pan (1 jar only). Saute onion and garlic. Beat eggs. Add bread crumbs and seasoning to eggs. Add cheese, parsley and artichokes and onion mixture. Mix. Pour into lightly greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. |
