LOW CALORIE SHRIMP CREOLE 
3 onions, sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 lg. can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
No calorie sweetener
3 (5 oz.) cans shrimp
3 c. hot cooked noodles

Combine onion, green peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes in a large saucepan. Add salt, paprika, curry powder, black pepper and no calorie sweetener (equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar) and heat slowly. Stir constantly to boiling or until onion and peppers are tender. Stir in shrimp. Simmer 10 minutes or until shrimp are heated. Spoon noodles onto heated plates and spoon shrimp creole over them.
