RICE KRISPIE COOKIE 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oatmeal

Cream together sugars and shortenings; add egg. Sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Stir in Rice Krispies, oatmeal and coconut. Refrigerate overnight. Make into balls, flatten with a glass. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
