RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. cornbread mix

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat. Add tomatoes. Place meat mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass casserole. Evenly spread beans over meat. Top with cheese. Evenly spread cornbread batter over beans and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
