CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. crab meat 3 slices bread, broken in small pieces and dampened in water 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter Saute onions, celery and pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients and pour in slightly greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
