CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
Cherry or blueberry pie filling

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla until well blended. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake liner. Fill 1/2 way with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. When cool, top with cherries or blueberries. Quick and easy!
