STUFFED BAKED SQUASH 
2 acorn squash
2 c. chopped ham
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Wash squash and split them in half lengthwise. Clean out and wash seed cavity. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn cut side up. Mix ham, pineapple and brown sugar. Place equal portions of mixture in the squash halves. Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until tender.
