SESAME SEED COOKIES 
1 lb. sesame seeds
1 1/2 lb. Crisco
2 lbs. self-rising flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated (save whites)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Mix Crisco and sugar, add just egg yolks, one at a time. Add flour, milk and vanilla to make stiff enough to be handled. Mix dough until it loses its stickiness. Add additional flour, if needed.
