DESSERT DELIGHT 
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. pistachio instant pudding

Mix nuts, flour and butter. Press in 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Beat milk and pudding for 2 minutes on low. Pour over. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
