SWISS CHEESE LOAF 
1 loaf French bread
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Chop onions. Mix all ingredients except cheese and poppy seeds. Add seeds; take enough out to coat top of loaf. Add cheese to mixture. Spread mixture between slices (generously). Spread top with cheeseless butter mixture. Wrap in foil; leave top open. Bake 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
