VEGETABLE BURGER SOUP 
3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. water
2 tsp. sugar

Lightly brown meat, stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, frozen vegetables, onion soup mix, sugar and chili powder. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
