VEGETABLE BURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
4-5 tbsp. ketchup
1 can alphabet soup, Campbell's (can add 1/3 can water)
1 sm. onions

Put ground beef and onion (if desired) in skillet. Cook until done. Pour grease off, then add rest of ingredients. Simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Suggestions to serve: Serve on biscuits, toasted bread, plain bread or just put on plate. Serve with mashed potatoes and applesauce if desired or alone. Makes a very nutritious meal. Serves 4-6.
