VEGETABLE-BURGER SOUP | |
1/2 lb. lean ground beef 2 c. water 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix 1 tsp. sugar Brown ground beef in dutch oven, drain off any fat. Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, frozen vegetables, onion soup mix, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Let boil 3 minutes, then cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. |
