VEGETABLE BURGER SOUP | |
1/2 lb. ground chuck or more 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes 1 (7 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 c. water 1 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1/2 env. dry onion soup mix 1 tsp. sugar In a large pot that has a lid lightly brown beef. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and frozen vegetables, onion soup and sugar. Bring to a boil, boil 5 minutes. Cover, turn down to simmer and simmer 20 minutes. To ripe green fruits, put them in a paper bag in a dark place for a few days. |
