MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Dash garlic powder
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped

Mix bread and milk. Add all ingredients and mix lightly together. Form into balls. Roll in flour and fry until light brown. Let simmer in your favorite spaghetti sauce about 1 hour.

SALISBURY STEAK:

Use the same recipe for Salisbury steak, but add lots more chopped onion and bell pepper. Make brown gravy instead of spaghetti sauce. Serve with rice.
