1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 sticks butter

Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Grease an 18x12 inch large roasting pan.

Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. After preparing cake mix, pour mix into pan and bake for twenty (20) minutes. While cake is baking prepare crumb mixture.

CRUMB MIXTURE: Mix flour, sugar, butter, salt and cinnamon until mixture becomes uniformly mixed and has a lumpy texture. After cake has baked twenty (20) minutes pour crumb mixture on top of cake and bake an additional twenty (20) minutes. After cake has cooled, top with sifted confectionery sugar.
