HAM SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce
2 c. cooked or canned ham
2 lg. pink grapefruit, pared, sectioned, and drained (2 c.)
2 lg. oranges, pared, sectioned, and drained (1 c.)
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
1 c. celery slices
1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Tear lettuce into bowl. Add ham, fruit, olives, celery, and orange juice brushed avocado. Drizzle with Honey Dressing or orange mayonnaise. Toss. Makes 8 servings.

Use the drained orange juice in orange mayonnaise.
