GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE MICROWAVE 
2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 oz. jar pimentos, sliced and drained (optional)
Buttered Bread Crumbs for topping

Use 2 1/2 quart casserole. Mix beans, soup, milk, and pimentos well and place in casserole. Cook on high 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving. Cover with bread crumbs.

BUTTERED BREAD CRUMBS:

1 c. fine dry bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in small mixing bowl. Add crumbs, paprika, and salt. Mix well. Microwave on medium high 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
