GERMAN APPLE PANCAKE 
1 lg. or 2 sm. green apples, sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. applesauce
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Spray oven proof casserole dish with Pam and mix ingredients and spread into dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 c. self rising flour 1/2 c. oat bran cereal 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

In large bowl, mix 4 ingredients for the batter. Then add dry ingredients. Stir only until ingredients are mixed. Then pour batter over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Add some raisins if you like.
