COMPANY POTATOES 
6 or 7 potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Boil 6 or 7 potatoes with jackets on until done. Cool, peel and grate. Heat 1/2 cup butter, soup, minced onion, grated cheese, sour cream and salt. Place in a flat pan and top with corn flake crumbs and butter. Refrigerate overnight (important). Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. These can let set all day at room temperature.
