CHILI CON QUESO 
1 (8 oz.) container of cream cheese, room temp.
1 (10 oz.) can of Frito bean dip (by Frito Lay)
20 drops of Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 of a green onion (scallion), sliced
1/2 pkg. of taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 (8 oz.) bag of Monterey jack cheese

Mix cream cheese, bean dip, Tabasco sauce, red pepper, sour cream, green onion and taco seasoning mix with an electric mixer (for about 2 to 3 minutes). Pour 1/2 of the mixture into an oven safe bowl; cover with 1/2 bag of cheddar and 1/2 bag of Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix before serving. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Serves 8 to 10.
