SPICY CHILI CON QUESO 
3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Rotel
1 can mushroom soup

Brown sausage and ground beef. Drain. Place in warmed crock pot. Add Rotel and cream of mushroom soup. Cut and cube cheese; add either in cubes or melted. Stir all ingredients well. Con queso is ready after cheese has melted. Serve with nacho chips. Also great on baked potatoes.
