MEXICAN CORN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. corn
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. can French fried onions
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp. oregano

Combine butter, corn, peppers and salt in a heavy skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in fried onion, tomatoes and oregano. Cook, uncovered 2 minutes or until heated. Serves 4-6.
