BLUEBERRY OR RASPBERRY CUSTARD 
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. berries

Line pie plate with pastry, add berries. Mix flour, sugar and sour cream together, pour over berries. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, turn back to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
