BREADED HERBED FISH 
1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon (instant)
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes (scant)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. fish fillets
3 tbsp. corn oil

Mix dry ingredients in plastic bag. Brush fish with oil, place one at a time in bag and shake to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
