GARLIC - HERB BREAD
1 (1 lb.) loaf white frozen bread dough
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/8 tsp. thyme, dried
1/8 tsp. dill weed, dried
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. egg, beaten

Thaw bread just until it can be sliced (about 20 minutes). Cut into 15 slices. When slices are soft enough to handle roll them into balls. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; remove from heat and stir in parsley, thyme, dill, garlic salt and egg. Dip each ball into butter mixture, coating completely. Arrange in single layer in a buttered 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven about 25 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.

NOTE: This bread is not for slicing - just pull it apart with your finger.
