ITALIAN DROP COOKIES | |
6 eggs, large 3/4 c. corn oil 1 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3 1/2 c. all purpose flour (sifted) 6 tsp. baking powder (level) Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Place first 4 ingredients in blender on blend for 1 minute. Sift flour and baking powder together. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and stir until well mixed. Dough will be soft. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Remove from cookie sheet and place on rack to cool. Frosting: Frost with canned ready made frosting. Approximately 75 to 80 cookies. |
