LITTLE ITALIAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES | |
1 lb. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 6 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. nuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. cocoa 6 tsp. baking powder 6 c. flour Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into egg mixture. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting. Makes 8 dozen. These freeze well if you freeze in a single layer until icing is set before storing in a bag or container. |
