COLE SLAW - LOW CHOLESTEROL 
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2/3 c. blended mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots and green pepper. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, celery seed and lemon juice. Pour over vegetables; toss well. Chill before serving.
