EGGS PORTUGAL 
8 slices white bread
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. sausage

5 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
Dash of salt & pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown sausage. Layer 9 x 13 inch pan with bread, cheese, milk mixture and sausage. (Two layers - finish with sausage on top.) Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
