CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 med. cucumber, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in vinegar. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in dish or mold. Chill until firm.
