CHICKEN PARMESAN 
6 skinned, boned chicken breasts (pounded)
2 beaten eggs
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. corn oil
1 can pizza sauce (or more if desired)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
3/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix chopped garlic into beaten eggs. Add chicken breasts to eggs and marinate for about 1 hour. Add oil to skillet and heat. Remove chicken from egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Fry chicken breasts until golden brown.

Place in pyrex dish and top with pizza sauce. Sprinkle cheese all over top of sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with favorite pasta. Serves 6.
