MIDEASTERN PIZZA 
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. salt

MEAT:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 lemon
6 oz. tomato paste
Dash of cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
Pepper
1 chopped onion

Put flour and salt in large bowl. Mix yeast in warm water. Add to flour; add oil and knead well. Let rise 1 hour in warm spot, covered. Mix all meat ingredients together well. Roll dough very thin; cut into 3 inch circles. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover each dough circle with a thin layer of meat mixture. Bake in middle rack of oven 15 minutes and 15 minutes more on lower rack. Serves 6 to 8.
