BREAD PUDDING 
10 slices stale bread
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail with juice
1 (12 oz.) can Pet milk (evaporated)
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vanilla butternut flavoring

Put everything in a large bowl and mix well. I use my hands to make sure it is well blended. Then turn into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour 20 minutes.
