PUDDING ICE CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham crackers
1 c. soda crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 c. milk
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. pudding (I like butterscotch)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Mix together and pour on cooled crust. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
