HAMBURGER STEW 
2 lbs. "Old Jersey Cow" hamburger
3 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. sliced onion
3 c. sliced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Brown hamburger in skillet, seasoned with salt and pepper. Drain off any fat. Cook carrots, celery and onions in pressure cooker until done. Drain and add to the hamburger mixture. Add tomato sauce and heat through. Six large servings. This makes a tasty hot meal served with cottage cheese and hot rolls or corn bread.
