HAMBURG STEW 
1 lb. hamburg
3 carrots
3 potatoes
3 celery stalks
1 c. cabbage
1 can pork-n-beans
4 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. can tomato juice
1 sm. can peas, juice & all

Brown hamburg - set aside; peel carrots and potatoes, cut into small pieces, dice celery, onion, cabbage. Put carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, cabbage, water and bouillon cubes in large pot. Boil until vegetables are tender, add soup, juice and beans, stir in hamburg. Season to taste. Simmer 1/2 hour before serving.
